We were attending the Mass Moca Wilco 3-day event in North Adams, ma, so the location was ok for that purpose. But it was also intended to be a romantic weekend away, so the Autumn Inn was not conducive to that due to the very rundown and dirty accommodations. Bennington, vt, however, was lovely and we enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast in downtown Bennington, minutes away.
Bathroom and room in general were filthy. Shower was awful, hardly any hot water. Lamps and furniture were old and in terrible condition - mostly broken. Amenities were nominal to nothing - packets of shampoo that were so difficult to tear open that you ran out of hot water before you manage to open packet and shampoo hair. Had to go out and purchase a bottle of shampoo. No tissues or any other amenities were provided except toilet paper (phew).

I had a great stay! The room was super clean and the microwave and fridge were convenient. Despite the building's age, everything worked fine and I loved the fast WiFi!

Enjoyed the well priced double room with the king bed and the way it was setup. A microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and a fridge were nice. All the staff was extremely friendly and really helpful, resolved my issues...

It was just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Bennington with good value considering the price it charged. Check in was quick and the owner was really helpful. Make sure to try and get a room with a window open to avoid musty odors.

The Laundry Room
The breakfast area and the breakfast. The price at $142 was the most expensive that we have paid on our journey and the worse breakfast.

The owner warmly welcomed me and the room was impeccably clean and cozy. I appreciated the excellent value and convenient location when visiting my daughter at Bennington College.

Not one thing I hated everything about the place except the location nasty rooms and staYed one day and they kept 300 dollars of mine and didn't want to refund me anymore and I only stayed one night won't recomend this place to a homeless person unless its a storm out side.
Hated every thing about it tell all to not stay there

nice stay but needs more amenities
The room had really good cleanliness and comfort, made for a restful night. The fluffy towels added a touch of luxury to my stay, and the hot shower felt refreshing after a long day. I appreciated having coffee in the room with a nice morning boost.
The lack of breakfast options was disappointing, even though I didn't expect it.

We had teenagers, and though they were not too loud, there were no complaints
